Job Title: Specialist Waste Engineer

Hours: Monday to Friday, 50 hours

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a customer-focused Specialist Waste Engineer to deliver effective solutions to waste-water network and drainage problems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Ensure vehicle stock is replenished and maintained
  • Comply with health and safety responsibilities, including PPE and safe site setups
  • Utilize software provided to support operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Conduct thorough inspections of tools, equipment, and plant
  • Report defects or malfunctions and participate in training
  • Carry out risk assessments and demonstrate a mature approach to risk perception
  • Adhere to company health and safety practices and BSI policies
About You:

The ideal candidate will possess industry-recognized qualifications, including:

  • HGV Class 2
  • Confined Space (Full Rescue)
  • High Pressure Water Jetting Certificate (HPWJA)
  • Streetworks Certificate
  • National Water Hygiene
  • JHL Training
  • SHEA Water
  • DISAB Training
