Job Title: HVAC Engineer

Our client, a leading HVAC company, is seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their team in the Kent area.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in servicing, fault finding, and repairing air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs, and Cold Rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnostic work
  • Work with a range of HVAC equipment, including VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs, and Cold Rooms
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (not essential)
  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
  • 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification
  • Full driving license
  • Experience in servicing, maintenance, fault finding, and repair
  • Live in the Kent region
What We Offer:
  • Basic salary up to £42,000
  • Company van with optional personal use
  • Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • 40 hour working week with travel paid after 30 minutes each way
  • On-call allowance (1 in 4/5) with guaranteed £1,200 and travel paid door-to-door
  • Pension scheme
  • 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years
  • Company uniform, phone, and PDA
