About the Role
">We're offering an exceptional opportunity for two dynamic and experienced Dementia Service Managers to work collaboratively in our flagship service, Mayflower Court. As part of our innovative management structure, you will lead your team successfully to deliver high-quality care to residents, sharing responsibilities and working together to ensure outstanding care delivery.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a floor within the building and the team operating across that floor
- Ensuring full compliance with CQC standards, aiming for an 'Outstanding' rating
- Inspiring, leading, and developing a skilled and compassionate team of care professionals
- Engaging with families, stakeholders, and external agencies to maintain a transparent and collaborative care environment
- Driving continuous improvement and innovation in dementia and enhanced care
We're looking for individuals who thrive in collaborative roles and share our passion for delivering excellence in dementia care. A proven track record as a successful Dementia Service Manager in residential care, achieving 'good' or 'outstanding' results for CQC inspections, is essential.
