Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specifications Specialist to join our team on a full-time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product specifications across multiple categories, ensuring compliance with customer and BRC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate product specifications, working closely with the development team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technical support and guidance on nutrition, ingredient declarations, and customer compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food specifications and compliance standards, preferably within the QSR or food service industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of BRC standards and nutrition guidelines.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to self-development.
