This Care and Support Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. You will work on a rolling shift pattern, assisting with everyday tasks, meal preparation, and medication management.

Main Duties:

• Promote independence and choice
• Ensure health and wellbeing
• Follow SSSC code of practice and HRM policies and procedures
• Assist with washing, dressing, and toileting
• Prepare meals
• Prompt medication
• Assist with light household tasks
