About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer base in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and Target Potential Customers: Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Long-Term Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate Contracts and Agreements: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are aligned with company policies.
  • Provide Regular Reports: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record in sales, preferably in the recycling industry or related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to building client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Sustainability: Knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and recycling industry trends is an advantage.
  • Self-Motivation and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve targets.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the North West region.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM: Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
