Patient Care Assistant

Dream Medical is recruiting a skilled Care and Support Professional to join our team in various locations across the Bath area. As a critical member of the Ward team, you will be responsible for supporting the assessment, planning, and implementation of patient care.
You will assist qualified nursing and medical staff with patient assessments and care plan implementation, undertaking routine tasks and activities to ensure patient wellbeing, dignity, and treatment. The role requires a compassionate nature combined with strong care skills and knowledge.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Registered Nurses in delivering patient care.
- Participate in patient assessments and care plan implementation.
Requirements:
- Compassionate and warm nature combined with strong care skills and knowledge.
- Excellent writing and communication abilities.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture.
- Satisfactory references and ability to complete an enhanced DBS check.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
