Vision Care Professional

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Optical Assistant to join our team at Specsavers Pembroke Dock. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent patient care, assisting with eye tests, and maintaining accurate patient records.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about vision care and has previous experience working in an optical environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
About the Job:
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
Location: Pembroke Dock
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist optometrists with eye tests and maintain accurate patient records
- Dispense spectacles and other eye care products
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous optical experience is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
