Onsite Physiotherapist

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Physiotherapist to join our team at Heathrow Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-class Occupational Health Service, working 30 hours per week.

The Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and discharge employees, providing reports to Management on their fitness to work and adjustment requirements.
• Deliver onsite exercise classes for employee MSK injury rehabilitation.
• Collect statistics to report on and contribute to health promotion events.
• Communicate with the wider OH team regarding work practice or environment changes.
• Identify hazards within the workplace and assess the risk of MSK ill health.
• Work with HSE Advisors to conduct ergonomic risk assessments.
• Provide effective rehabilitation of staff with MSK disorders.
• Conduct and contribute to Health Promotion events.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong background in physiotherapy, with experience in occupational health settings. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
