Salary Details:


The successful candidate can expect an estimated salary of £31,000 per annum, consisting of a basic salary of £16,000 and uncapped commission schemes that can exceed £25,000 annually.



Job Description:


As a Sales Negotiator with Spicerhaart, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with prospective vendors and buyers, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and developing strong relationships. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth and achieve targets while ensuring excellent customer service.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Liaise with prospective vendors and buyers to arrange viewings and negotiate offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Market properties effectively using various marketing skills
  • Focus on generating new and repeat business
  • Conduct door-to-door canvassing and leaflet distribution in the local area
  • Ensure properties adhere to health and safety standards


Essential Skills and Qualifications:


To succeed in this role, you must possess a full UK driving license for a manual vehicle, work well with others to create a positive team environment, demonstrate strong customer service skills, have basic IT skills, and attention to detail.
