At Big Yellow Group plc, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a high level of store performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive results.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and increase store profitability.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the store team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, customer service, and sales targets.
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers.
