We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing efforts and making significant developments while building a team around you.

This is a strategic and hands-on role where creativity meets data-driven decision-making, offering the chance to make a real impact. You'll be working for a leading recruitment agency at the forefront of its field.

The successful candidate will have:

• A relevant degree and extensive experience in digital marketing, with proven success in lead generation and content creation.
• Technical expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, SEO, analytics, and marketing automation software.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Create and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility.
• Evolving the brand identity and ensuring consistency across all marketing activities and platforms.
• Leveraging SEO, content creation, and data analytics to enhance digital presence and improve lead conversion rates.
