About the Role

This role is ideal for an organized and efficient individual with experience in administration. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to project teams by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally. In addition to this, you will be required to provide support to the operations team 1-2 days per week, including assistance at project sites and the transportation of light deliveries.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, organise, and maintain project documents, contracts, permits, and utility records, ensuring timely submission, filing of project-related documentation, and compliance reports.
  • Update and maintain databases and spreadsheets for tracking project progress and budgets.
  • Monitor adherence to industry regulations and company policies, assisting with audit preparation.
  • Generate regular reports on project performance, resource allocation, and administrative metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven administrative experience, ideally in construction, utilities, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Full and clean driving licence.
