Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support on all matters related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
  • Assist the Principal Product Assurance Engineer in achieving and surpassing set objectives.
  • Actively participate in Integrated Product Team (IPT) efforts to ensure timely delivery of compliant products that meet all cost and safety standards.
  • Contribute to the development of Project Assurance Plans (PAP) that outline necessary assurance activities.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the Assurance function.
  • Mentor team members to foster a culture of Quality excellence within the program.
  • Engage in and contribute to essential meetings.
  • Oversee the proper processing of concessions and production permits.
  • Manage investigations into root causes and corrective actions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced education and experience in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing disciplines.
  • Proven knowledge of AS9100 / ISO9001 standards and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Quality Tools and practical experience in their application.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Demonstrated experience in liaising with Customers and Suppliers.
  • Experience in a high-precision manufacturing setting.
