About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Abacare Limited. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
• Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
• Follow individual care plans and work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop relationships with clients and their families to provide a high-quality service
