Care Role: Therapy Technician

We have a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and compassionate Therapy Technician to join our team at Northwick Park Hospital, Ealing Hospital and Central Middlesex Hospital.

In this role, you will be working closely with qualified therapists to provide high-quality care to patients. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in intermediate care services.

As a Therapy Technician, you will be responsible for assessing patients, defining treatment needs and carrying out therapy, while maintaining accurate clinical records.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To work as a therapy technician in STARRS, supporting patients to regain and sustain their levels of function.
  • To assess patients and determine the best course of treatment, collaborating with healthcare professionals as needed.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring seamless communication between teams.
  • To work in partnership with hospital colleagues and external agencies to provide comprehensive care.
  • To contribute to the development of care plans and treatment programs, prioritizing patient-centered care.
