Job Title: Compliance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team at McCarthy Recruitment Limited. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working and compliant environment for both staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular Health and Safety and Food Safety audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage fire safety, pest control, maintenance, cleaning, security, and other specialist areas to maximize efficiency and minimize risk.
• Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Health and Safety Executive (HSE) legislation and Food Safety and Labelling regulations.
• Lead in-house training sessions with managers and employees on Health and Safety risks and Food Safety, and liaise with Human Resources to keep training materials up-to-date.
• Record incidents and accidents, and ensure RIDDOR is followed.
• Meet with EHO inspectors and local authority officials, and follow up on any issues raised.
