Senior Grocery Account Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Grocery Account Manager to join our team at the Advocate Group. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing a top grocery account, delivering best-in-class customer service and leading by example.
The ideal candidate will have experience in food or drink retail sales, with a proven track record of negotiating complex JBP's and CPI's. You will also have the ability to expand and build relationships with key grocery customers, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for both customers and business.
As a Senior Grocery Account Manager, you will work closely with internal planning, finance and category teams to collaborate on customer strategies. You will also have the opportunity to join a supportive team that has forged a fantastic culture, where we support and nurture each other to help take the brand to being one of the biggest players in the category.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage a top grocery account, delivering best-in-class customer service
- Negotiate complex JBP's and CPI's
- Expand and build relationships with key grocery customers
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets for both customers and business
- Work closely with internal planning, finance and category teams to collaborate on customer strategies
