About the Role

We are looking for a Support Services Specialist to join our team at Bradfield House in Worthing. As a Support Services Specialist, you will work with a dedicated team to provide care and support to people with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting ward rounds, analyzing behaviors, and adapting care plans accordingly. You will also be responsible for updating patient records and providing overall care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.

This role requires a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance. However, it is a highly rewarding position as you will see people improve because of your involvement, knowing that you've made someone's life better.
