Rocksteady is seeking a highly skilled Lead Rendering Programmer to collaborate with our experienced team on the development of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League and future projects.

This role involves providing technical guidance, leading, and supporting a team of rendering programmers to deliver high-quality game experiences that meet the artistic vision of our Art Director.

You will apply your technical expertise by writing code, optimizing systems, and resolving complex issues, while working closely with the Engine Director and other tech leads.

This position requires a hybrid work pattern, with some time spent onsite in our London studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of rendering programmers to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with the Engine Director and other tech leads to ensure the delivery of high-quality game experiences.
  • Apply technical expertise to write code, optimize systems, and resolve complex issues.
  • Work in a hybrid pattern, with some time spent onsite in our London studio.
