Finance Manager, Systems and Process Lead

At Heathrow Airport, we are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to lead our Systems and Process team. As a key member of our Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving transformation and improvement across our Finance Record-To-Report processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement R2R processes with robust controls.
  2. Monitor R2R processes to ensure they mitigate risks and maintain audit requirements.
  3. Act as a subject matter expert for systems supporting R2R processes, their integration, and interdependencies with other core processes.
  4. Ensure systems are up-to-date with the latest releases in a timely manner.
  5. Work with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and implement transformation and drive continuous improvement.
  6. Be the first point of contact for system-related challenges and drive towards resolution.
  7. Support the R2R Process Owner in influencing process improvements and system changes.
  8. Participate in Oracle customer community forums to influence Oracle's roadmap for future functionality.
  9. Ensure adoption of changes in systems and procedures to drive business benefits.
  10. Support the creation of project plans, communication plans, and lead the delivery of transformation, proactively managing risk.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrable system and programme transformation delivery experience.
  2. Experience in Oracle Fusion Financials and EPBCS.
  3. Qualified finance professional with knowledge of core finance processes, controls, and best practices.
  4. Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Comfortable working under pressure in an environment of competing priorities.
  6. Experience as an agent for change in successfully helping people through change and leading subject matter experts.
