Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Salary: £12.00 - £12.75 per hour / £23,088 - £24,536 pro rata

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at Thistle Service in Maryhill, Glasgow. As an Autism Practitioner, you will work closely with our supported individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality support and achieve the best outcomes for our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop personalised support plans for our supported individuals
  • Build positive relationships with our service users, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Support with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Support our service users to access and engage in their local community and participate in activities of their choice
  • Record relevant information about our service users' support on our digital care planning system
  • Support with daily or as required medication
  • Risk assess activities and outings to provide safe and fun experiences for our service users
