About the Role

We are seeking an experienced practice nurse to join our team at GP Practice in Wales. As a practice nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a range of tasks including treatment room duties, immunisations, cervical screening, INR monitoring and chronic disease management with an interest in respiratory clinics. You will also be required to work closely with our clinical pharmacist and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Person Specification

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced practice nurse who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care. The successful candidate will be fully registered with the NMC and have a strong background in nursing, with experience in respiratory clinics and chronic disease management.
