Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £34-£38k, reviewed every 6 months during the first two years. You'll also be eligible for our uncapped annual profit share scheme from day one (pro-rated in the first year).

About You

To succeed as an Electronics Hardware Design Engineer at ITDev, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering at 2:1 or 1st level from a top university (masters or PhD advantageous)
  • Practical problem-solving approach and inquisitive attitude towards work and learning
  • Experience in FPGA design, implementation, and optimisation using VHDL, Verilog, or System Verilog
  • Familiarity with hardware debugging and verification methodologies
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to work in our Southampton office most days
