About the Role: At Barchester Healthcare, we're committed to delivering exceptional care to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents are met.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Provide safe and effective medication management, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
About You:
- You'll need to be a registered nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of clinical practices.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments is essential.
- You'll be a compassionate and dedicated individual with a person-centred approach to nursing.
