Senior Risk/Health and Safety Consultant

Risktec Solutions, a leading risk management consulting and training company, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Risk/Health and Safety Consultant to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and leading technical safety projects nationally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate hazard identification workshops, including HAZOP, PHA, and HAZID
  • Certify HAZOP Leader training via a recognized body
  • Conduct Bowtie analysis and derive Safety Critical Equipment
  • Develop DSEAR Risk Assessments and Hazardous Area Classifications
  • Manage fire risk management and performance standards
  • Conduct SIL, LOPA, and RAM studies
  • Develop functional safety and COMAH Safety Reports

You will work closely with our clients to understand their risk management needs and develop tailored solutions to mitigate risks. Your expertise will be essential in helping our clients achieve their safety and risk management goals.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management and process safety
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and hazard identification techniques
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
