About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to lead our thriving first-opinion practice, with a strong reputation in the local community. As a Business Director, you will be responsible for shaping the future of our practice, while maintaining our high standards of clinical excellence and customer care.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small animal veterinary medicine, with experience in leadership and management. You will be expected to work closely with our team to develop and implement business strategies, drive growth and profitability, and ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the practice team to achieve business objectives.
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  3. Ensure the smooth operation of the practice, including financial management and administrative tasks.
  4. Maintain high standards of clinical excellence and customer care.
  5. Foster strong relationships with our local community and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in small animal veterinary medicine.
  • Experience in leadership and management.
  • Ability to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
