Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our EMEA Regulatory Operations team in London. This is a key role that will involve overseeing the development and implementation of regulatory reporting processes, as well as providing expert advice to stakeholders on EMIR and Central Bank reporting requirements.

About the Role

This is a leadership position that requires strong technical knowledge of regulatory reporting and excellent stakeholder management skills. As Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small team, developing and implementing new processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and implementation of regulatory reporting processes, including EMIR and Central Bank reporting.
  2. Provide expert advice to stakeholders on regulatory reporting requirements.
  3. Manage a small team responsible for regulatory reporting obligations.
  4. Develop and implement training programs for staff on regulatory reporting requirements.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EMIR and Central Bank regulations.
  6. Represent Operations in various Industry forums.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements, including EMIR and Central Bank regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement new processes.
  • Experience working in financial services, preferably in a regulatory reporting role.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous annual leave entitlement.
