About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our Finance team at Eurocell PLC. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit control function, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries and manage outstanding invoices.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process and manage outstanding invoices in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and letter to resolve queries and negotiate payment plans.
  3. Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide assistance to the overall Credit Control function as needed, working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
  5. Manage live accounts and customer relationships, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  6. Work collaboratively with the team to reduce average debtor days and improve overall credit control performance.
  7. Escalate issues to the appropriate Credit Control Supervisor or Group Credit Manager as needed, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Requirements
  1. Recent and relevant Credit Control experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  2. SAP system experience is an advantage, but not essential.
  3. Ability to prioritize work to deadlines and manage time efficiently, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Ability to work successfully in a busy process-driven environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
