We are seeking an Inspection and Compliance Officer to join our team at Busy Bee Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.
About the Role:
As a Quality Technician, you will work closely with our engineering and production teams to identify and implement improvements to our quality control processes. You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Documenting and reporting inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintaining and calibrating inspection equipment and tools.
Requirements:
- Technical degree or certification in quality control or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Technician or in a similar role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.
