Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Lincoln. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and will work closely with the QSHE Manager to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identification of components for incoming inspection and associated processes
  • Support for inspection of incoming and outgoing components
  • Completion of FAIRs for incoming and outgoing components
  • Non-conformance management and improvement
  • Vendor audits and improvement activities
  • Monthly vendor OTD report ownership
  • Internal audits
  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Data analysis for internal process control
  • Development and implementation of inspection standards
  • Guidance and training for colleagues on QMS processes and quality tools

Requirements:

  • Higher technical education
  • Quality-related work experience in manufacturing, preferably in the electronics field
  • Experience in internal audits
  • Strong analytical skills and good MS Office skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
