Mechanical Engineering Instructor

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment for Level 3 Engineering students. This role involves sharing expertise in both classroom and workshop settings, covering areas such as manual machining, lathe operations, and CNC machining.
The Role
In this position, you will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team dedicated to developing the skills of young engineers entering the industry.
You will be responsible for delivering lectures and practical sessions, assessing student progress, and providing feedback to ensure students meet the required standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced engineers looking to share their knowledge and inspire the next generation of engineers.
What We're Looking ForEssential: A minimum of a Level 3 Engineering qualification.
Desirable: A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE) or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: Practical experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in manual machining, lathes, and CNC operations.
A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, including 25 days annual leave, pension contribution, and continuous professional development opportunities.
