We are seeking a skilled IT Application Support Technician to join our team at Peaple Talent.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading security system company, providing 1st line triage and resolution of user-reported issues.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting for IT applications and systems.
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of IT systems and applications.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in IT remote phone support.
  • Support desk experience.
  • Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewalls.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience in fault diagnosis of networking hardware.
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
  • Experience of hardware assembly e.g. servers and workstations.
  • Experience of Linux OS and containers.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive basic salary of £26,000 per annum.
