About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Director to join our team at Stirling Ackroyd Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results in the residential lettings sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of lettings professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and branch profitability.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to grow the managed portfolio and increase revenue.
  • Maintain a comprehensive register of properties and generate market appraisals and instructions to drive business growth.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve and exceed results, leading by example and demonstrating a strong customer service ethos.
  • Ensure legislative compliance and maintain a strong understanding of the residential lettings sector and local market trends.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in residential lettings, with a successful sales record and a strong understanding of the local market.
  • Proven people management experience, with a track record of motivating and managing a team to achieve results.
  • Strong numerical competency and ability to calculate ratios and explain targets to team members.
  • Ability to build rapport and long-standing relationships with clients and colleagues, with a high emphasis on customer service.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to effectively utilise software to capture updates and manage complex workloads.
