About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at 23.5 Degrees Ltd, a passionate and dedicated partner of Starbucks. As a Barista, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Making specialty drinks and serving sandwiches, cakes, and pastries
  • Serving customers and making world-class connections with them
  • Ensuring that everywhere is clean, and tidy and that the correct health & safety measures are in place and followed correctly
  • Engaging with customers to provide recommendations, answer questions, and ensure an outstanding experience

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
