Time 4 Recruitment has partnered with a renowned maintenance and service company to fill a permanent RETRO FIT Contracts Manager position.

Job Details

This role entails overseeing clients' RETRO FIT contracts, which involve installing energy-efficient technologies, solar panels, insulation, roofing, heat pumps, and ground pumps in various locations.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Successfully lead cross-functional teams and exhibit excellent project management skills.
  • Have extensive knowledge of Retrofit Contracts, including PAS 2020 and PAS 2030.
  • Possess relevant certifications, such as the Level 5 Diploma in RETROFIT.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Substantial experience in retro fit, EWI/IWI/CWI, ASHPs, Solar Panels, Loft Insulation, Roofing, Heat pumps, and Ground Pumps.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • A valid full UK driving licence.
  • A building or refurbishment-related qualification or significant experience.
  • A health and safety certification, such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or SMSTS.
Salary Information

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, estimated at £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
