About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Efficiently process customer transactions, including handling cash, credit card payments, and operating a cash register
  • Restock shelves, maintain store displays, and ensure a clean and organized store environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance activities to maintain a high-quality store appearance
