Your Responsibilities

As a Veterinary Patient Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our veterinary professionals and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. We seek a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is committed to providing exceptional service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting veterinarians during patient consultations
  • Preparing and managing the dispensing of medications with accurate record-keeping
  • Facilitating the admission and discharge processes for patients under veterinary guidance
  • Assisting the client care team as required
  • Engaging in cleaning and infection control protocols
  • Contributing to the maintenance and stocking of equipment for various procedures
  • Administering prescribed eye treatments and handling associated documentation
