Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Strategist to join our team in shaping the narrative around our mission. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that showcases our brand's commitment to inclusivity and accessibility.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and building online communities. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop content calendars, launch targeted campaigns, and monitor analytics to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with Humaniq's overall marketing goals
  • Create and curate high-quality content (images, videos, captions) for various social media platforms
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple channels using social media management tools
  • Build and engage with online communities through comments, direct messages, and live streaming
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and platform algorithms
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to create cohesive visual identity
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform future content strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify our message

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging content, growing online communities, and driving user engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication, writing, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team
  • Proven analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with cryptocurrency or blockchain projects
  • Knowledge of design principles, branding, and visual identity
  • Fluency in multiple languages (English, German, French, Korean, Chinese)
