Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and committed Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to a one-year-old girl with complex needs, working on a 1:1 basis in her own home.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to the service user, including medication administration and moving and handling.
  • Engage in playtime activities, such as sensory and therapeutic play, to promote the service user's development and well-being.
  • Build positive relationships with the service user and her family, empowering them to live as independently as possible.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the service user's needs are met.
Requirements
  • 3 months' previous care experience.
  • Medication administration experience.
  • Personal care experience.
  • Moving and handling experience.
