We are a leading provider of specialist nurse-led services for adults and children, delivering complex care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes. Our enhanced level of clinical support enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.

Salary and Benefits

Our carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift duration is 12 hours, with hourly pay rates ranging between £14 – 17.93 p/hr*. On average, our carers work three shifts (36hrs) per week, earning £500 - 555 p/wk* and an average annual income of between £26,200 - £28,950*. We offer excellent rates of pay via PAYE, no additional third-party administration, enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays, paid holiday, company pension scheme, carer recognition scheme, refer a friend scheme, free confidential wellbeing and support telephone line, and retail rewards & savings via the Blue Light Card scheme.

Job Description

We are recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable carers for day shifts, including weekends, in the Maidstone area. Our clients require ongoing care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams. As a carer with HFH Healthcare, you will receive full training, supervision, and support to develop your skills and career. You will work closely with our dedicated and efficient clinical and operational teams to ensure high-quality care for our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be over 18, have the right to work in the UK, flexibility on travel, and a good standard of English and ability to communicate effectively. You will also need to obtain an enhanced DBS, which we can assist with upon registration.
