  • Deliver projects from a sustainable supply chain perspective that achieves QCD targets.
  • Maintain programme management timing and successful achievement of project gateways.
  • Provide support for new business enquiries to the Business Development team.
  • Develop team members and facilitate their personal development and career progression.
  • Exercise sound judgement in a high-pressure environment.
  • Motivate and mentor team members in a team-oriented environment.
  • Lead a demanding JIT production environment.
