Workplace Host Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workplace Host to join our team at a commercial office in Morecambe. As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive and professional impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet visitors, clients, and colleagues, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Sign in visitors according to security procedures and inform hosts of their arrival.
  • Assist visitors and colleagues with queries in a knowledgeable and professional manner, taking ownership of resolving issues.
  • Maintain excellent front of house standards, ensuring the reception area and security office are tidy and clean.
  • Answer telephones from customers and occupiers in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
  • Manage the Business Centre facilities, including drinks machines, to ensure they are well-maintained.

This is a pivotal role that requires excellent customer service skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £27,000 for this role, working Monday to Friday, 2pm-9pm.
