Fine & Country is seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team in Northamptonshire.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Agent who has listed and sold homes in the upper quartile of the property market. You will offer each client a bespoke marketing strategy, using the local, national and international exposure offered to them within the Fine & Country network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focusing solely on the upper quartile of the property market, you will work closely with each client from initial enquiry/contact through to when they handover the keys.
  • You will market their home to gain maximum exposure, achieving them the highest possible price - following the Fine & Country Presentation, Exposure & Service proven strategy.
  • We provide marketing agreements, chase payments, social media campaigns, Homesearch, Sprift, all property portals, new to the market/sold in your area campaigns, leaflets and online targeted advertising.
  • We have 3 'back office' teams to support you; Pre-Sales, Post-Sales and Admin Support. They will help with a lot of the sales progression, marketing, conveyancing, lead generation etc.
