We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor - Passive Fire Protection role at 18 Recruitment Limited. This exciting opportunity is based in Ingatestone and offers a competitive salary, ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Quantity Surveyor - Passive Fire Protection, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring cost control, and maximizing project value. Key skills and qualifications required include:

  • Experience working with bill of quantities, schedules of rates, and passive fire contracts
  • Strong commercial management and procurement expertise
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in passive fire protection and previous experience in managing the financial and technical aspects of projects.
