Cardio Respiratory Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our Cardio Respiratory Admin Team at Scarborough Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our technical team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Register and book outpatient referrals onto our hospital administration system.
- Cover the reception desk, handling patient queries and ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
- Manage telephone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
This is a varied and dynamic role that requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our technical team to provide administrative support, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.

- GCSE or equivalent.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Experience working in a team environment.
- Understanding of work procedures and processes.
- Experience using patient administration systems and Microsoft packages.
- Experience using a patient database and recording accurate data.
- Experience processing outpatient appointments and understanding of Referral to Treatment Policy.
