This Mobile Handyman Specialist role is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional facilities maintenance services to our clients.

As a key member of the Building Services division, you will be responsible for providing routine maintenance and repairs to properties throughout the UK. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in building maintenance, manual handling skills, and a willingness to develop and learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Carry out planned preventive and reactive maintenance tasks;">
  • Assist with minor carpentry repairs, lock replacements, and general laboring duties;">
  • Conduct seasonal gritting to the estate as directed by the gritting plan within working hours;">
  • Collaborate with other professionals within and outside fabric specialism;">
  • Ensure ALL maintenance & inspection records are completed and submitted on a timely basis;">
  • Support other PPM and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards;">
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times;">
  • Participate in overtime on an ad-hoc basis;">

Compensation Package

">

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
