Bankruptcy Case Handler

As a Bankruptcy Case Handler, you will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of case administration, including maintaining accurate records and liaising with stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic boutique Insolvency Practice in Salisbury and build your career in insolvency administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining comprehensive case diaries and records
- Liaising with creditors, debtors, and other stakeholders to obtain information and updates on case progress
- Preparing reports, correspondence, and legal documentation as required
- Assisting with case investigations and research as necessary
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience as an Insolvency Administrator or equivalent role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in insolvency practice
