Senior Well Engineer Job Opportunity

Expert Employment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Well Engineer to lead our drilling operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex well projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement well design and construction strategies
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize well performance and reduce costs
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide technical leadership to ensure focus on increased ft/day and reduced flat time
  • Participate in drilling TIC projects and review performance trends to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in well engineering and integrated performance management
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
  • Knowledge of well construction services, including IPM - WCS and well engineering team leadership
  • Experience with planning, executing, and evaluating vertical, directional, and horizontal deep gas wells
  • Background in chemical engineering, wireline, senior field engineer, or general field engineer
