We are seeking a skilled Pension Administrator to join our HR Shared Service Team at Kier Group. This role will be responsible for the daily administration of various pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely submissions of pension contributions and data schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Presentation, reconciliation, and submission of pension contributions and data schedules for all Kier pension arrangements.
  • Completion, processing, and submission of forms relating to starters, leavers, changes, retirements, and deaths in respect of members of the pension schemes.
  • Providing effective communication and support to stakeholders, including triannual re-enrolment of employees into the pension schemes.
  • Upskilling, knowledge sharing, and cross-training of team members to ensure holiday cover and peak workloads.
  • Testing and demonstrating results of system changes associated with pensions to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pension and payroll administration is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work on complex issues within tight timescales.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
  • High level of Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
